We helped outdoor retailer REI refresh its brand look and voice. Deanna led a team of design specialists inside and outside the company to redesign the company logo and produce a full suite of design elements to extend the new look across the company’s catalogs, ecommerce operations and 125 retail stores nationwide. Meanwhile, David developed writing and messaging guidelines for use across the company. Then we produced an extensive “brand bible” as a reference guide on all these policies, to ensure graphic and message consistency among REI’s many internal departments and outside marketing vendors.
